1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or placing an order on medinabrass.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Shipping & Returns Policy.
2. Living Finish & Hand-Cast Artisan Variations
All Medina Brass hardware and plumbing fixtures are handcrafted in Marrakech from 100% solid unlacquered brass (free of polyurethane coats or electroplating). By purchasing unlacquered living brass, the patron acknowledges:
- Natural Oxidation: Unlacquered brass reacts organically with ambient humidity, water minerals, and human touch, evolving from bright golden polish into warm amber, olive, and antique bronze tones.
- Artisan Sand-Casting Marks: Minor dimensional tolerances (±2mm) and microscopic surface character are authentic hallmarks of hand-poured sand casting and manual lathe turning, not manufacturing defects.
3. Professional Plumbing Installation Requirement
All water-bearing fixtures (including pot fillers, bridge faucets, bar faucets, hammered sinks, P-traps, and pop-up drains) are machined to standard US 1/2" NPT or standard US drain specifications and must be installed by a licensed professional plumber in accordance with local municipal building codes. Medina Brass is not liable for water damage resulting from improper installation, over-tightening, or failure to shut off supply valves when unattended.
4. Pricing, Payment & Server Verification
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Orders are validated on our backend servers against authoritative catalog pricing prior to payment capture via PayPal REST API or credit/debit card processors. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order where typographical pricing errors or fraudulent activity are detected.
