- Order & Fulfillment Data: Full name, shipping address, email address, and telephone number (required by DHL Express International for airway bill delivery notifications).
- Payment Processing: All credit card, debit card, and PayPal transactions are processed directly through 256-bit SSL encrypted PayPal / PCI-DSS Level 1 gateways. Medina Brass never stores raw credit card numbers on our servers.
- Customer Support Inquiries: Name, email, and message details submitted voluntarily on /contact.

We never sell or rent customer personal data. Your information is shared strictly with essential operational partners:
- Logistics Carriers (DHL Express / USPS / UPS): To generate international air waybills, customs declarations, and live delivery tracking.
- Transactional Email (Resend): To dispatch official order receipts, production updates, and shipping tracking notifications from
